Inquiries, quotes, and reservations

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve dates or establish a price. Our Guest Team will discuss stay details and may send you a quote. Accepting a quote tells us you wish to proceed; your reservation is not confirmed until you submit the required payment and receive confirmation from Uzu Dome. The applicable quote and booking documents will provide the specific stay, payment, and property terms.

Text messages

If you choose the optional text-message consent on our inquiry form, Uzu Dome may send you non-marketing texts about your inquiry, quote, quote acceptance, and reservation. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and stay. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to a Uzu Dome text at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact contact@uzu-dome.com. You can make an inquiry without agreeing to texts and can communicate with us by email instead. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
